BT21 · Updated August 2026
The RJ BT21 plush is Jin's character — a soft and stylish cream alpaca, created in 2017 with LINE Friends. RJ embodies Jin's generosity and humor, and remains one of the BT21 characters most cherished by Jin's fans.
RJ BT21 — Jin's alpaca
Jin gave RJ his own generosity: a delicate, cream-furred alpaca who takes care of others and loves to cook. His round shape, large floppy ears, and neutral color make for a timeless design — subtle in decoration, but immediately recognizable to an ARMY. RJ is often chosen as a first BT21 plush by fans looking for a more elegant or less colorful design. For those following the BT21 universe in its entirety, see our guide to the 8 BT21 characters.
RJ BT21 plush formats — Baby, Standard, and cushion
RJ is available in Baby (12 cm), Standard (24 cm), and 30 cm cushion at BT21 Shop. The Standard (24 cm) is the format that best showcases RJ's design — the alpaca's proportions are designed for this format. The 30 cm cushion offers a flat, decorative version, more suitable for a sofa or bed. For a child, the Baby size is the safest. Our BT21 format guide details each use case.

How to recognize an official RJ BT21 plush
RJ is one of the most imitated BT21 characters due to its streamlined design. The original LINE Friends stands out for its specific cream shade (warmer than a standard off-white), the clean embroidery of the eyes, and the inner LINE Friends tag. An official Standard RJ costs between 20 and 35 €. Below 10 €, it's a fake. Our authentic vs. counterfeit guide lists all the criteria. BT21 Shop only distributes official RJ plushies.
